Our first contact with the customer took place in April, 2025. The Polish customer, a holding company with businesses involved in waste recycling, had been conducting extensive research and preparation for this rubber powder pyrolysis project. After a negative experience with a second-hand continuous pyrolysis device that failed to operate, the customer placed a high emphasis on equipment reliability, supplier technical expertise, and business professionalism. However, DOING was confident that our fully continuous pyrolysis plant met their rigorous evaluation process and high standards. After our detailed presentation and the Polish client's visit, they were very satisfied with DOING's fully continuous pyrolysis plant. Finally, we signed the contract in August.
