1.Feeding: Align the feeder with the feed port, and then use a forklift or grabber to put the raw materials into the feeder. The feeder will push the raw materials into the cracking furnace with a thrust of 50 tons. 2.Pyrolysis: Turn on the burner at the furnace position, ignite and start heating, and the heat from the combustion continues to heat the furnace. The temperature is between 200-380℃, which is the best temperature for pyrolysis of aluminum and plastic into oil and gas.

3.Condensation: The oil and gas into liquid oil through cooling and condensation. The condensable oil and gas are stored in the storage tank for further processing or direct use. The non-condensable gas is collected and can be used as process fuel.

4.Solid Residue Handling: Aluminum plastic pyrolysis equipment generally adopts side slag discharge and front slag discharge. After the pyrolysis process is completed, stop heating, wait for the pyrolysis furnace temperature to drop to room temperature, open the furnace door, and discharge the carbon black and aluminum blocks. The screened carbon black and aluminum blocks can be directly packaged and sold.
