In January 2026, DOING Company completed the production and quality inspection of a customized DY-15 batch type tyre pyrolysis machine and shipped the machine to our customer in Mali.

The DY-15 batch type tyre pyrolysis machine was prepared according to standard shipping protocols. Each component underwent thorough cleaning and received a fresh coat of protective paint before leaving the factory, ensuring a neat and professional appearance. All components were securely packed in wooden crates to protect against damage during transit. The shipment departed from DOING's facility via truck, heading to the port for ocean transport to Mali.
The shipment includes the following items:
One DY-15 batch type tyre pyrolysis machine, the main processing unit designed for 15 ton daily capacity in batch pyrolysis operations.
One water film dust removal system for gas purification.
One rear slag discharge water-cooled screw conveyor for handling residue.
Four 300,000 kcal heavy oil burners to supply heat for the pyrolysis process.

The DY-15 batch type tyre pyrolysis machine serves as the core of the waste tyre to fuel oil recycling project setup. It features a batch type design, specifically engineered for small to medium-scale production, offering convenient loading and unloading operations, supporting flexible production schedules and easy maintenance, and processing 15 tons of waste per cycle. The reactor utilizes a horizontal design, facilitating uniform heating and material flow, and reducing component wear. It operates at temperatures between 300-400°C, converting tyre into fuel oil, carbon black, syngas, and steel wire through thermal decomposition. The machine includes safety features such as pressure relief valves, ensuring reliable operation during daily use. This is highly advantageous for new entrants to the tyre pyrolysis industry.
As a supporting device for the main machine, the water film dust removal equipment uses a water curtain to capture particulate matter and acidic gases from the exhaust. It achieves an 80-90% removal efficiency for dust and sulfides while recycling water to minimize water consumption. This equipment connects directly to the pyrolysis exhaust outlet, ensuring maximum exhaust treatment without increasing the complexity of the overall system.

The rear slag discharge water-cooled screw conveyor manages the hot carbon black residue exiting the reactor. The equipment features a water-jacketed tank that rapidly cools the material from above 200°C to below 50°C, effectively preventing oxidation and ensuring safe operation. The screw conveyor mechanism transports the residue at a controlled speed and discharges it into a collection bin, minimizing dust generation.
The four 300,000 kcal heavy oil burners provide the necessary heat input. Each burner provides a stable flame with a total heat output of up to 1.2 million kcal per hour. The burners are connected to the external heating jacket of the reactor, ensuring even heat distribution across the surface. Beyond initial combustion, the burners can utilize syngas from the pyrolysis products as fuel, creating a self-sustaining fuel cycle, and are equipped with an ignition system for quick startup.
