Convert waste tire to fuel oil pyrolysis machine
Waste tire to fuel pyrolysis machine means converting the waste tire to oil for fuel. The tire to fuel oil machine will generate no pollution to the environment. It鈥檚 a green technology to generate green energy.
As we know the tire mainly consistent of rubber products, during the process of converting waste tire to fuel oil, the tire will decompose when the temperature elevated. When heated to about 400 degree, the waste tire begins to produce the oil gas. The waste tire should be processed in a sealing reactor. Then the oil gas will be pushed into the condenser, when the temperature cool down it will become liquid. Some oil gas will become several heavy oil, and better oil gas will become light oil.
During the process we have dedusting system to remove the waste gas, and the oil gas which cannot be liquefied will be recycled to heat the reactor. We have special pipe to deliver the exhaust oil gas to reactor. So the exhaust oil gas will be collected to heat the reactor thus avoid polluting the environment .And the water used to cool the waste oil gas is not directly contact with the oil gas, so the water is clean and can be recycled for many times.
